  1. Opine I shall....I feel Mick Foley is a very average color man, who could have still been valuable to the WWE, simply due to the promo's he was capable of cutting.  His promo w/Edge took the Edge/Taker h**l in a Cell match to a whole new level.  FOLEY drew heat...to a match HE WASN'T EVEN IN!!  I find that utterly incredible, maybe that's just me.  But I see your point, and i do agree; Foley was remarkably average as a color-man, and I expected much more.  I guess he just wants to be IN the action; not forced to describe it.

  2. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed by his performance, but I think a major reason he did so poorly was because he never really settled into the role, and in light of current events, you could question if his heart was ever into it.

I also think he and Jim Ross didn't have the chemistry desired by the WWE.  I could make a million excuses, but the blunt truth is he didn't do that great of a job.

  3. I honestly liked Foley, but if I had to choose between Tazz and Foley, I'd honestly pick Tazz. Tazz is a great analyst and I like his style.

  4. Agreed, its not like he brought anything special to the table and Michael Cole/JR were carrying his weight. Im not even sure why they brought Mick Foley in as a commentator anyway its not like he offered many 'tales from the road'. I prefer the Tazz and Michael Cole combo

  5. Hw wasn't the greatest but he was good.

  6. WELL, HE WAS STILL BETTER THAN ADAMLE, AND I'M SURE AS h**l THAT HE WAS BETTER THAN DON ******* WEST.

  7. he was an allright commentator but he wasn't legendary he is now moving to tna
