Am I the only one who got angry when I saw?

Question

On an ESPN Poll they asked out of the four Quarterbacks in the NFC North who would like to have starting for your team?

and 40% said Aaron Rodgers while Jon Kitna got around 18%..for one thing HE'S NEVER STARTED A GAME (I think most people didn't know that) and the other thing Jon Kitna is actually decent yea the lions choked hard last year but was it his fault? NO! the Defense and Offensive line sucked horribly...Was I the only one angry at this?

I am from Cincinnati, and I remember Kitna as a starter. The best record he ever gave us was 8-8. He also gave us a 2-14 season.

And we had much more talent than the Lions do.

personally i think A-rod is the better QB, kitna missed a lot of opportunities last year, even though Aaron has never started a game, he has had 3 years playing behind a quarterback LEGEND, some things you pick up just by observing, and with all the time he's waited i'm sure he's not going to s***w this up.  The ONLY issue here is experience, which Aaron will get plenty of in time =)

Yeah, I saw that too and I see where you're coming from. Kitna is the only QB in the NFC North really has his sh*t together when you think about it. I think a reason people voted for A-Rodg because of who he has around. He has a ton of weapons, more than Kitna. However in that regard , maybe he was snubbed and was forgotten about. Going into the season with the comfort or knowing who your QB is and how he was fare, I do think he is the best QB in that division. He is the only one who really has the experience next to Grossman and he isn't guaranteed a starting position.

it was a little disturbing...i think that  people voted for him because that they like him/or feels sorry for what he had to go through (with the whole favre thing)..i think its totally lame that the poll took that route... and jon kitna aint that great either....but man...there sure is slim pickings up there in the NFC north huh? i guess you dont have much of a choice but to go with kitna!   hahaha!

Who really cares about ESPN or there polls.Aaron Rodgers will not be the answer in Green Bay .That means that 40% of the ppl were wrong.

Yeah, I am still shock they didn't pick the future superbowl MVP T-Jax as their choice!
