Question:

Am I the only person in the world that cannot stand breakfast foods?

I'm talking about eggs, pancakes, sausage and so on, I cannot stand eating that kind of stuff in the morning.

  1. Count me in that group too.

    I like a bowl of congee (Chinese rice porridge), or just plain rice with grilled pork and steamed bok choy in the morning.

    When I'm in a rush I just grab a cup of soup at the local market near my office.

    I love breakfast!

    Pancakes, Bacon, cereal, oatmeal, sausages, you makin me hungry and it's night here in Asia!

  5. No, you're not alone. You don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast if you don't want to. Have a turkey sandwich of that's what sounds good to you (I used to have spaghetti for breakfast as a kid when the family went to IHOP, lol)

  6. I hate eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal with milk, toast, etc in the morning, too. I'll eat fruit, yogurt, cereal without milk, and untoasted bagels.  

  7. Although I like breakfast stuff, I can't eat them for breakfast if I want to go anywhere.  Eggs, milk, bacon, sausage - they all give me gas :-)

    Have you ever been in hurry in the mornings and tried to find a restaraunt that does NOT serve breakfast foods.

    I would die for soup and salad of morning.Its my favorite.

    fresh and then warm and filling...cant beat that.

A lot of people skip breakfast which is a no no, as you know.  You need nourishment in the morning to help get you through the day.  Maybe you would enjoy something lighter, say granola, berries and yogurt (the one with fruit and fibre in it), layered in a glass.  It tastes like dessert and it is so good for you.  Try it just once, it might change your mind about breakfasts.
