Am I the only person who thinks Jenna Bush's Wedding is the ultimate slap in the face to every soldier?

Hi,

Call me crazy--but the fact that First Lady Laura Bush gets to plan this big wedding, while thousands of moms are planning funerals for their daughters who were killed in this big war planned by the Bush Family-- seems extremely over the top, and downright blasphemous.....This big war that Bush believes in So Much--is so 'important' that not one single member of the Bush family--and especially his own daughters--didnt even dream of spending 1 day in Iraq--not even going there to cook a meal in the kitchen to serve the soldiers who are dying for them....Yet, they almost trip over themselves to pick out flowers and cake decorations.

I mean, the thought of George Bush smiling and walking his daughter down the aisle while some Mom is visiting her daughters grave--well, sounds like the Bush family couldnt get any more sinful, heartless, and evil....

Your Thoughts??

  1. Life goes on except for those so filled with hatred that it spews forth constantly until the "big one".  Methinks you need a shrink.  Not doing so would have been a slap in the face and I am sure the vast majority of military members are quite happy for her and her husband.

  2. Give me a break.  I suppose the "evil" Laura Bush should not plan her daughter's wedding because our country is at war.  And God forbid George Bush walk his daughter down the aisle, and have the gall to smile while doing so!  Those who died in Iraq did not die for the Bush's.  They gave the ultimate sacrifice for America.

  3. No... To be honest with you,I thought that I was the only one who felt the way that you do.

I understand that Jenna Bush has every right to get married and to live her life as she see fit,but in my opinion,I believe that it should have been a low key event..

I know where you're coming from,so you're not alone.. To see bush grinning from ear to ear, smiling with joy because he has been  blessed to attend his own childs wedding, knowing that there are parents who will never have the opportunity to attend their childs wedding because Bush waged a fake war that should never have happened.   You can only imagine how the parents feel to see all this,so I know where you're coming from..

And it's not to say that Jenna Bush should not have gotten married because she has every right to enjoy her wedding day. But in my opinion,I believe that the bush family should have  been quiet about the whole thing and made Jenna's wedding a private event with no media coverage  in order to show compassion to those parents who have lost their kids in a war he started..

Do you think Bush would have started this war if he had no choice but to send his own children?.. He shows no compassion, and it seems like he just doesn't care.

  4. Yes, it's just you. Life goes on in a big country, even in wartime.

  5. i kinda understand your point, someone gains and many suffer, so heres what i have to say.........she'll have to live in the future just like me and you and the corruption that is out there and the world is just going to get even more crazy when americans are stuck with paying 13,000 a year in property taxes while working at mcdonalds for 8,000 a year, you'll see her daughter and son in law living in some rich house in some gated community, not giving a d**n of how our quality of life is, we're all small potatoes

  6. I think Jenna Bush could have lost some weight before her wedding. She is a fat chick.. What does her wedding have to do with the war?

  7. Wow, a bit harsh!

"The only word to describe you people below is SICK. May God have mercy on all of your Lost Souls."

Did you think all the answers would align with yours thoughts?

The sins of the fathers falls upon the daughter too? I think Jenna is entitled to a wedding regardless of her dad or the war.

  8. My thoughts are simple. To equate the wedding of some young lady with our foreign and military policy is a stretch of logic beyond belief! It appears in the alternative universe that you occupy that there are a lot of American women who were killed in the war. There have been 103 military females who have died since we began military operations in Iraq in March of 2003. I think I can safely say that is quite a bit lower than those who died within the U.S. during the same period of time from events and causes which had nothing to do with our country's foreign or military policies.

    Seek help. You need it.

  9. Yeah, I think it's just you.  You seem to be so obsessed with war deaths that you're seeing connections between them and things that have absolutely nothing to do with them.  It might not be a bad idea for you to seek psychiatric help.

  10. "while thousands of moms are planning funerals for their daughters who were killed in this big war". I have news for you, there have only been some 10 or so deaths of male soldiers this past week. Those are the only funerals planned.

Don't fret over what is not true.

Life goes on. How many people have gone through with a wedding even though a loved one has died.

  11. yep....it's not her fault she's getting married while a war that her dad started for no reason is going on.  she's fine, it's the other people in the household that are a bit looney.

  12. You need to find out why you are so angry.  Jenna Bush has every right to get married (just as does anyone else) regardless of the state of the world.

    I suggest you lighten up.
