Am I to young for 8th grade?

well I am 13, and I am going into the 8th grade at the end of summer, and I think i am young to be in 8th grade, because I know 14 year old and 15 years old. so do you think that 13 in young for 8th grade?

your supposed to be 13 in the eighth grade turning 14 if your birthdays late
