  1. no u r not

  2. yes you are sorry but most people become that are pro start training by age 5

  3. that's still an ideal age

practice daily & win tournaments to be recognized

join your national pool tourneys & be a champ in the annual Mitsubishi Junior Tennis Classics where Hewit & Roddick started

    good luck

  4. If you are 15 or older, you are definately to old to be a pro tennis player at 14. lol

You are still young.  If you have the physical and mental talent, you could take up the game and be good enough in 4-6 years to go pro.

You should also consider other sports and college.  With talent, you might be able to get a tennis scholarship.

    Enjoy your youth.

  5. No you are not too old but it depends to what degree. You just need to win one prize money tournament to become pro but if you want to be ranked in the world you need to practice at least 6 hours a day 365 days a year. You need to jog at least 5 miles a night (least). Observe Tennis matches and look at what was done to win the point and how it was lost. Hit a ball against the wall but  focusing on hitting it correctly, do not make the mistake many people make just slapping at the ball. Practice at least an hour on serves, back hands, forehands. Watch the tennis video "tennis our way" which you can find at a library. As I said becoming a pro just takes one tournament win with a purse ranging from $1 up (ok the dollar is exaggerating) to $1000. Tennis still takes a lot of money to get where Federer is because tennis is a sport for the rich. I played pro and lack of money and an injury took me out but being a part of it was still great. Enjoy yourself go for it but don't forget to live life and good luck.
