First of all, i am not fishing for compliments.

I get enough "omg ur sooo thin" everyday of my life.

But i wanna kno if im just way too thin.

  1. Yes, I would say you're too skinny. Maybe gain a little more weight to get more curves. Here is the rule you multiply. A woman who is 5'4 should be around 120. 5x4=20 and add a one in front= 120. 5x8=40, generally speaking you should be around 140. But if your family gene is skinny. You may be fine, but a little too skinny.

  2. you shouldn't go off of what other people say and compare yourself to their build because everyone has their own build and different metabolisms! as long as you aren't starving yourself and you're eating properly, you're fine and just the way you should be! so don't use charts that label you as underweight or try to go gain weight, that's just stupid :/

  3. no my friend is thinner than you and she's not too thin. I'm 15 and I only weigh 105, I know what you mean by the "omg you're soo thin" lol

    BMI Categories:

    Underweight = <18.5

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    You are a 14.4 which is way underweight. You may want to talk to a Dr to get your target weight and how to get there in a healthy way.

    i would suggest gaining 5 pounds if you could. you would look and feel healthier..the 5 pounds could be muscle..work on toning your muscles..lifting weights..running..if you dont gain any weight..then i would suggest talking to your doctor about healthy weighs you could gain 5 more pounds for a healthier weight.

You are bordering on too thin, but don't worry too much about this.  If aren't dieting or trying to lose weight, this isn't a problem, it's puberty.  Don't fix this by eating more to fatten yourself up.  Some people grow a little wider before they grow taller--you are one of the lucky ones who grew up before she grows out.  When your hips, shoulders, and chest start approaching what you will have when you are 18, I expect you'll be up to about 110# and be a slim attractive woman.

  15. I would not know for sure unless I saw you, but judging from your height and weight, I would say you are DEFINITELY underweight.
