I'm 14 and I just started skateboarding. Im not bad, I can ollie, Shuvit, Almost pop shuvit and almost heelflip. Again I just started couple months ago going on and off. I was wondering if it's too late to get sponsored. I'm asking because there are pros like Nyjah Houston and Sheckler who started so young and were sponsored at such a young age. I live for fun it's my motto and while a secondary job is good, I would love to make a living skateboarding.

  1. you can....but not if your bad like you are...i mean..not to be mean, you need to get A LOT better...so go out there work hard and you can if you get a lot better

  2. you're not gonna be sponsored with "not bad" skating so why are you worried about it. first, become really good then you can think about sponsorship

  3. NO you can get sponsered, when your good or ******* professenal at it

  4. You can get sponsored, just hurry. It's good to start getting out there at about your age. You still have more than enough time to get noticed. An older pro that skates DarkStar IIRC didn't get sponsored until he was about 19.

It's never to late as long as you have the skills to pay the bills.

Keep practicing and improve your tricks. Almost pop shuvits and Almost Heelflips aren't going to get you there.
