I'm 17 and there is this girl that I've been dating for 1 year. We get along well and I'm thinking of asking her to marry me. After getting married, I want to move to Norway and live next to a big fjord. I can work on a fishing boat there. What do you think?

  1. if you have to ask then yes. and does she want to live next to a big fjord in norway?

  2. wat r u thinkin?

marry now...ur only 17. do u realise hw many responsibility is there in getting a fanily. u should wait for another couple of years.

  3. Im 17 myself and i do think about marrying my boyfriend, but then i think i just want to live my life.

If you both are serious about each other, remember you dont need to be married to prove this. Many couples dont get married but regard themselves as married throughout their lives.

Remember, marriages are expensive and plus think about all the money youll have to spend after the wedding - houses, bills etc.

Just live your life, dont listen to what people say on here as most will just put you down.

However, dont wish your life away before you've lived it!

    Take Care

  4. I can't tell if this is a joke or not... O.o

  5. At 17 i would have to say wait.... i know everything is great and all but i would say it isnt a good idea. Just take another step in your (relationship etc... gettin a place together) to see if you guys are really cut out for marriage. Don't doom yourself regardless of how great both of you are if you not established and have a good foundation the relationship will suffer. Also do you that she would just be willing to move to Norway. anyways give it some deep thought... the correct answer is obvious but i cant make that decision for you. Best of wishes whichever route you take
