How much do you have to run (non-stop) to be considered having good stamina? I'm a 15 year old girl (5 foot 6 - 135 pounds <------i think) and in really bad shape :S, I'm not overweight (thank god!!!!) but my stamina sucks. I play sports (like basketball) and i used to run all the time up till i was like 12 (lol) and I love running but now my stamina....as i said just sucks :( . The most i can do is like 400 meters and...collapse (not literally). I hear about people running 4-5 miles a day and I feel terrible. So I know my stamina is bad...but HOW BAD IS IT? And if I were to run more to increase my stamina...how long would it take and how hard would it be?
