Am Traveling from Mumbai to Ukraine via Amsterdam. Do i need a transit visa? Please help, Thanks?

Are there any other countries through which i can travel without having a Transit visa. Would Moscow and milan be an option..Thanks

if your and american citizen you can stay in any nation for up to 60 days after that you need a visa

over all no just a passport and if you dont have that an ID like a drivers license should get you through

you can always go to the Embassy that represents you nation they can be found  in any major city and they can help you with any travel problems like lost or stolen passport

I've traveled to Ukraine via Amsterdam. As long as you do not leave the secure customs area of Schiphol airport, you do not need a transit visa.  If you have a long layover, you will still not need to leave the secure area as this airport has many amenities to appease a weary traveler.

no,don't need. but u can not go out of the amsterdam airport. get ur boarding pass and catch another flight. if you want go out in the city then  visa is must.
