Am a filipino green card holder working more than a year, am i qualified for balikbayan program?

if i am qualified, can i extend it to my US citizen son going home with me? Can my son stay in the Philippines less than a year without visa

yes, bec technically you are now a resident of the US.....however staying away from the States that long can jeopardize your green card status.
