No, Puerto Rico is a territory of the U.S, therefore part of the U.S., so you do not need a passport to travel there.  However, as a U.S. green card holder, you do need to keep a current passport from your HOME country to travel internationally. When you become a  U.S. citizen, you may then apply for a U.S. passport.


  2. No, Puerto Rico is a US Territory so it is the same as if you land in the US state.  You should though have a passport from your home country anyway, in case there is a diversion and you end up landing in another country.

  4. No you don't need a passport.  You only need a valid ID driver's license I don't think they will ask if you are a citizen or resident if you don't have a license then take your green card with you
