ive done a course in nursing hiv and aids as a councellor all i need is to volunteer somewhere abroad to help make the wold a better place as a hole not in africa allone

I think there is a greater need of nurses in the Kenya than there is in the United States.

You are better off going to another developed country like Brazil, and other nations in Latin America...maybe in Canada..but America is not that easy to come.
