you can do MBA after doing a graduate course which may include a Bcom or BSc or BE...Getting a good job after MBA depends on from which institute you doing your MBA..... if you doing it from a recognized one, then you can get a good job..... otherwise its of no use....

look mba is not a compulsion. 1st u decide whether u wanna go in technical side or not, if yes den mba is a waste of time. go for mtech. but if u want a career not in technical side go for mba. definately ur pay packages wil be quite higher...
