why don't you go to www.cic.gc.ca and see whether you're eligible to apply for a skilled worker immigration visa. that way, you don't have to get an agency. you can just do everything yourself and save money. you sure need it when you move to canada.

that's what my parents did, self-assessment and applied on their own. got the visa and saved money throughout the process.
