  1. It could be depression. One of the signs can be an increased appetite and weight gain

  2. Are you over eating? If so, find out why, ask yourself what has changed in your life.

You are depressed if you don't want to do the usual things you used to, you feel blank or numb, you don't socialize, you over eat (or don't eat enough), sleep too much or have insomnia. Any of this sound familiar?

Seeing a counselor can help you to work issue out.

  3. Step 1: Ensure your emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before your action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

    Good Luck.

  4. not sure what five stone means.  I hate it when I go to the doc and they say nothing is wrong....they really need to quit saying that.  I know there is something wrong and wouldn't be asking for help if everything is ok.

    Yes you are depressed.

    You need a change.

Change your diet, habits, people you are around, etc etc

You need to exercise and eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink water

stop eating and drinking things that are bad for you

go to support group meetings or church or something that gets you out of yourself...help others.

    Yoga.

    shopping.

    playing games

    anything that makes you laugh

read the book called "the secret"

there is so much you can do once you decide to actually do it

    good luck

  5. When you gain weight there are a whole lot of reasons as to why you do.  What you need to do is find out why you are overeating?  Are you under stress?  Is there something that you are anxious about?  Why are you using food as an outlet for your feelings?  What feelings are you not talking about when you are eating?

Once you have found out the reason why you are over-eating then look for solutions that will help - such as talking about those feelings more.  Then tackle the weight itself such as going out with friends to socialise, exercising more, going on a diet, etc.
