Am going to las vegas for 3-6 months in feb. how do i get my 11 year old son into school there?& which grade?

If you don't already have a realtor in the area, contact a realty company in Las Vegas, and let them know where you will be living.  They will be able to tell you which public school district you will be living in.  Then, contact the school district.  Any question you have, including which grade he should be in, will be determined by them.  They will also be able to direct you to the exact school for any additional questions/answers, and they will guide you through the process of enrolling him.

Your son will be in the same grade. Just simply enroll him. Go to the school, and they'll tell you what paperwork you need to fill in.

Your son would still be in the same grade that he was in.  In order to enroll him in school there you would just need to go to the school and fill out the paper work.  The new school should take care of contacting his old school for his records.
