Question:

Am i FAT?!?! HELP ME!?

My height: [ 60.63 inches ] OR [ 154 cm]

My weight: [ 110.231131 pounds] OR [ 50kg ]

i feel like such a elephant. i dont have a perfectly flat stomach but my stomach is not that ginormous at all! its just that my frends are so much taller than me. my two best frends are 175 cm and the other 168cm ! thats about 20cm taller than me! And btw we are all 14.

also my mums side of the family (i live with them, not my dads side) are as skinny as h**l. my aunt is 30 and i weight the same as her! and i weigh 3kg (6.6pounds) more than my mom which is soo scary :O!

i feel like a monster. help me?!!

AND im not rlly allowed very tight fitted clothes which makes the situation even worse. i also checked my bmi and im normal, but inside me i feel SO SHORT! and fat :'(

  5. OK...Calm down, I'm 151cm. and I weigh 48kg. I am proud of myself. If you don't respect yourself, no one is going to before you do. That's perfect, keep staying healthy!

  6. well youre definitely a little short... but you're not fat. if you play sports you might have more muscle, which is the case of my gf, she has massive (hot) legs (all muscle) cause she does track and soccer. plus she weighs more than me by like 6 pounds, but that's cause im like taller and most of my muscle is distributed on my upper body. just dont go comparing yourself to other people. obviously there's always someone taller, skinnier, prettier, blah blah blah than you but thats what makes you different. the sooner you accept that the sooner you'll feel better about yourself.

  8. not jsut saying this, but your the EXACT same height AND weight as me lol. well im happy with my weight, although im 19 and have D sized b***s lol so that could be where some weight is lol. your only young, you still got growing to do and your weight will adjust accordingly. but no, at the moment, your not fat. your healthy....

  13. i don't think that you sound fat at all. you could always try working out to build muscle and burn fat or start jogging, which would also help.

    please don't go on a crash diet, though. they're horrible and won't work AT ALL plus you'll most likely just get really sick.

    of course, with that being said, eating healthy and cutting bad fats out of your food will most likely help you lose weight but also make you feel better physically.

    also, try not to compare yourself to other people. when you look at them you might feel bad, but the truth is that you are probably are way healthier than they are. try to find the good in yourself and you'll feel a lot better.

  14. Considering the information you gave, you dont sound fat to me...but its normal for girls to be worried about their weight and appearance all the time, even when there's really nothing wrong with them at all. so i'm sure you're fine. :D

  16. your not actually fat. You're about the perfect weight for your height and you still will be for another 5 kgs. I'm the exact same height as you and was the same weight. I didn't realize how thin i was till i started putting on weight. but yeah I'm very sure you can see your hip bones quiet a lot and you'd be about a size 7 jeans. I was talking to one of my old mates and he thought I was actually too skinny back then he said any thinner i would be anorexic. Now i'm 19 and 65kg, I'm alot chubbier than i want to be but hey i can still look decent always pick up when i go out.

    Its totally normal to not have a perfectly flat tummy especially being a girl, we have an extra bit of totally necessary fat there to protect our ovaries.

    You can tone it up but doing sit-ups while watching and doing regular exercise. I liked to do it during the chorus of songs when i was blearing music in my room.

    You don't need very tight fitting clothes to look nice. If you want to show off your tiny waist, you can use a belt. Like it all depends on what style of clothes you wear.

    I've come to terms with my height, once i met this really tall guy and was like gees I'm really short aren't i and he said no you're just fun size and I'm king size



    People don't really notice my height anymore.

    But seriously you're just right, stop panicking. Tell your mum about how you fell, they're usually really good with that stuff and watch out you don't become obsessive about it cos it can be dangerous.

    and im DEFINTLY not fat.

  18. You still have to grow up, most teenagers usually pass through this stage due to hormonal rush but then it goes off and you shall be thinner. When I was 14 I used to weight 120 pounds and was 164 cm tall. Now I'm 1.70 and weight 116 pounds, becaming a marathonist also helped.

    I advice you to do exercise and eat healthy, avoid sweeteners like Splenda because they make you crave even more.

  20. I feel fat too.Its just cause when you look down you see a balloon but if you look in the merrier you will think you look better.And no you are not fat.If you think you are diet for 4 months.You will feel better.I promise!!

  23. You sound skinny to me. Quit worrying about it. You are only 14 and still have time to grow taller.  

  24. You are fine, honestly you're not fat. I don't think you're even chubby really. You should just let yourself be you without letting your weight bother you, it'll help in the long run. And our society expects the perfect body, personality and mind from everyone; don't let yourself think you're fat because you're not PERFECT.

  28. a girl i know is the same height as you and she is like 90 pounds or so. but everybodies system is different. you could be at the just right weight for yourself. and you are NOT a monster. dont worry, your only 14, you will grow some more.
