Am i Fat? (Picture Included)?

I am 5'11 and weigh 135 pounds. how long do u think it will take me to get abs. i do cardio everyday for 30 mins or more. i also eat out only once a month.

  1. I'm sorry man you're not fat but unless you can lower your body fat your abs will never show, I have had a 6 pack since 5th grade and it's been that way since.

  7. Abs are muscles that are developed by repetitive exercises specifically tuned in to that area in combination with a healthy diet with a balance of lean protein, whole grains and lots of fruits and vegetables while drinking lots of water.

    P.S. I'm not a fan of huge muscles and a lot of girls aren't, they think it's gross or that the guys are d-bags.. I mean I like guys who have a six pack and a nice body but show offy body builder types are really ubnoxious. So don't worry about muscles too much.

  13. well, your not fat but you should eat more than once a month because your body will store your fat to keep you alive, so no matter how hard you try you will not lose weight.

  24. Wow your HOT! For 5'11 you should weigh more than that! Man keep working out like doing crunches and sit ups.  Keep doing the cardio cause that keeps your metabolism up.  Do like 50 crunches and 50 sit ups a day.  Man your HOT! <3

  25. lmaoo im 5'7 im 130 pounds...and i have pretyy nice abs...it shouldnt take that long...just work out...sit ups..ill say in about 7 months ull have nice abs...if u work out eveyrday though..good luck..abs are hard to make

  27. I'm 5'11  at 175lbs and I'm the fat "one". I still go through the door. Just do a lot of incline sit-ups and push ups. Nature take its course.Wait four years. Run away from the college freshman twenty.
