am i STILL eligible for NJ unemployment????? HELP ME!!?

i recently became unemployed after a falling out with my manager. apparently, they have told unemployment that they terminated me due to the fact that i falsified my time sheet, which I DID NOT. basically i faxed my payroll with the correct hours, not an hour after i left my job. then, after not recieving my check, i called them and they told me THEY LOST it, and to just fill out another one with any hours so they could cut my check. so i did just that, and now after doing what they asked they are saying i falsified it!!!!

will i still get my unemployment anyway????????

no.  not right away anyway.  Once you get the denial of benefits from the NJ unemployment you will have to appeal the decision and setup a meeting where you and your former place of employment will get a chance to present your sides of the story..../
