Am i Transgendered or not?

Hi im a 14 year old boy and i have wanted to be a girl for about 2 years now. I love the clothes, the makeup, the shaving, the everything. I also really want b***s. So am i transgendered? Or is it a phase, P.S. i have been to counselors about this too

Two years...? It's hard to tell. Most trans-people realize their dysphoria ever since they were small, or at least have some sort of vague recollection of feeling weird about their biological s*x.

You might be, but I'm no one to diagnose since I don't know you and what's going on in your brain. The only one who can truly tell is you.

Also, don't worry about labelling yourself. Just be who you are and do what makes you the most happy. :)

You could try living as a girl (though I don't know what your parents would think about this...) for a little while, and see if that's what you feel is best for you. If you decide not to, then that's fine too.

it is definitely possible that you are trans.  well, not trans YET, but u know what i mean...  i'd give it another year and a half to be totally sure, though.

I think that you need to start seeing a therapist that specializes in transgender cases that is the only way that you will truly be able to tell.

If you're confident enough to say that, probably you are.  If it is a phase I don't think it will pass.  Like, you want start liking acting like a boy if you already like acting like a girl.

If you're comfortable with it and want to live the rest of your life like this then you are transgendered. If you only dress up occasionally then you're a cross dresser.
