last friday was india's independence day. a week ago from today, i wrote to my cousin brother in india for this occassion and he replied withint two minutes. on saturday was another hindu festival and i called india for that. when i called, my cousin picked up the phone. when i told him who it was, he said "hi p". we chatted for two minutes but i didnt answer his questions he asked me over the phone. i gave the phone to my mom then all of a sudden his wife came on the phone. i replied to his email today, but no reply back. could it be he is busy? does he think i'm crazy for replying to his email? i have to tell you the truth. he came to the usa last year. he didnt get a chance to visit me, so i went there and spent three days with him. before he went back to india, he asked me a numerous number of times to visit india but i never went. this year, he made another trip to the usa with his wife and 2 sons and they came to visit me for five days then went back to india from here. he went to new york for three weeks to visit his sister. he took a 7 am direct flight from new york to california. for going back, his flight was late in the evening. when he came, the first question he asked me was what i am doing that i am busy all the time. when i told him everything, he looked at me and could tell i was making excuses. now that i think about it, i guess it hurt his feelings. i am still surprised when i wrote to him last week, he replied me within two minutes. then when i called him ,he said "hi". i guess since he went through a lot of trouble to come visit me, i should make an attempt to visit him
