You say abortion is wrong.  Is that just for you, or do you feel it's governments position to say what woman can do if they feel is their best alternative?

You say you want government to have less power.  Is that power directed just at the individual?  If you want to fight hunger, poverty, etc., a government would have to have the power to shape how companies conduct their business.  Is that OK?

You have to think about your positions a little more to decide.

Being against the penalty is democrat. Being against abortion is Republican and less power is Republican. The spending is pretty much democrat. Yuor in between.
