is this a joke? if it isn't no offense but those times need some work. some people ruin a mile in about 4 mins.

wait, how do you run a 800 the same time you run a 400?, 4 min is still slow for a 800 though. keep practicing and stay dedicated.

thats impossible your 800 are the same as your 400

and for twelve im not sure but on on varsity track and we have to be able to run 100 meters in 11 or twelve seconds by like the middle of the season or the couches go crazy on you

okay so none of your times make any sense.... your 400 and 800 times are equal and your 100 splits in your 200 are faster than your 100 race..
