Am i a prep or a person who is moderately civillized?

ok well i go to a private school but the people there are not preps at all ... the town i live in is the lowest of low known as ****-zone Idaho and my friends there are try-en to change my style. (i think its cause of the clothing I ware American eagle, Aeropostale,Holster,and Abercrombie)Am i a prep?What should I do?

Being a prep is better than being a poser - don't pretend to be someone else it's not cool and it's not satisfying.

well, most of the people at my school wear all of those clothings and I think they're preps. Don't change for anybody. That's not right .They should like you for who you are not what you wear.

If they are your friends they will not try to change your style. Be yourself and if they need to label you, that's their problem. If you want to dress like them because you think it looks great, that's a different story. It is possible for 2 people who don't dress exactly alike to still be friends.

Aww I wish there were more kids at my school like you! I actually prefer the preppy type but these days everyones quite the opposite.

Do not change your style if you do not want to. That's what it is... YOUR style. If you like the way you look, be confident and tell your friends to not label or judge you and dont try to change you.
