Would it be weird or hypocritical if i'm a vegan and i bake a lot of cupcakes and cake and cookies that have animal products in them, but i don't eat them?

The reason is because i'm going to be a club president and i figured that i'd do a lot of bake sales for fund raising. So would you say that i'm a hypocrite?

  1. you would only be a hypocrite it you went against your beliefs and you do not believe it is against your values that is a great way to raise money.

  2. Well, there are two sides to this. No you are not a hypocrite because you are not eating them, but then, you are using the products and there fore still supporting the cause...

  3. Yes sorry  I think you are. Why not just bake vegans cup cakes!

  4. that's an interesting dilemma. Why not try out vegan-friendly recipes instead for what you're baking and selling? there are tons of substitutes for animal products that you can use in place of eggs and milk and a lot of them taste much better so try those!

  5. You are a little bit of a hypocrite. But think about it this way: there are a million recipes for AWESOME vegan baked goods online, and what better way to let people know that vegan food can be delicious?
