Am i able to conceive now?

hi, i was suffering from hypothyroid since three months, now its normal with TSH 1.13, but doctor recommend me to take thyroxine continue for 3 months more. now me and my husband trying to conceive. 6 days after first relation i checked my pregnancy through home kit but it showed negative result. why? am i not able to conceive a baby? please help me.

it takes some people a while to get pregnant, you need ovulation predictor kits, so you can keep track of when your ovulating.....
