Question:

Am i able to get in shape for soccer?

hey Im 13 and im triying to raise my endurance for soccer, I also want to be more muscular, i ride my bike about 20 miles a week, I practice soccer for about 1 hour 3 times a week, and soccer tryouts start I think around september 2nd or 3rd, im 5'6 and I weigh 111 pounds tell me what is good exercise for soccer etc.

    have you ever played competitive.. bc that will play a big deal in what team you'll make.

  2. you're already doing good, biking helps improve the strength of your legs meaning you get faster and can jump higher. 2 improve your stamina, you can do swimming, it really helps. to be more endurable, run run run for long periods of time. you don't practice soccer enough though. 1 hour, 3 times a week? that's not enough. that should just be your personal training when you do drills like setting up cones on a field and trying to run around them as fast as you can to improve your ball control. but you should play with your friends every single day as it helps you work on your all around skills and even those listed above. and you are in great physical shape for your age so do that, and no doubt that you'll make the team.
