  1. NO.  if your already overdrawn how can you even think of doing that.  if you go to an ATM it will refuse you.


  2. No. In fact, if you are negative balance and you close the account, you OWE the bank money. If you write checks on your account, you will be charged overdraft fees.

    if you pull out money  ,it will not be too much

    i think you could pull between $100-$400 ,but your account will be negative plus the fees for over draft.

    it happened to my friend ,and the  first time he deposit his payroll check they took all the  overdraft,and the  fees back.

    he was in a big miss, and  i lend him the money to pay for his rent.
