Am i allowed to buy a giraffe?

they are better off in the wild,

they can KICK and kill you ..

but yes, if you are certified to work with  wild animals, and have proper accomodation .. you will be able to buy one.

They're are also illegal traders .. who are evil.

not a real one...if you get one then everyone else will want them and they will be endangered just go work at the zoo and work as a giraffe specialist

I've never heard anyone describe an animal as "so vertical" :P You sure can buy a giraffe, well... a stuffed one. Or how about adopting a giraffe here:
