Am i allowed to have two sets of indicators on the side of my car?

I am looking to modd my car a bit by getting new mirrors with LED indicators on them. I just thought that it would look a daft as i'll have two sets. is it legal to have two sets on the side?

No not illegal but you are very right - it would look extremely silly - get out the filler and touch up paint!!! :)

Yes, under the U.K. Vehicle Lighting Regulations, you are allowed one signal (each side) on the front, up to two signals (each side) on the rear, but at many as you like on the side, subject to them meeting the other general requirements (flash in phase, correct color, etc.).
