yes you can but it has to be under the weight limit and it is going to be really annoying to have to carry all of the water around.

In your checked luggage, yes, as big as you like.  But, it will be awfully heavy.  why not just buy it when you arrive at your destination?  in your carry-on, you may take bottled water you purchase after going through security.

Yes, as long as it weighs 50 lbs or less with the suitcase.

For your carry on, take an empty water bottle through security and fill it up in the concourse from a refrigerated water fountain as most of thos have filters in them.
