The line is just dumb. I don't even grab a tray. First I go to a table, and leave the cup and cutlery, then where ever I want to.

If I want a specific pizza, I just get it, and don't wait in line for minutes.

Cici's is not a school or prison, where you have to follow lines and rules. You are a paying customer and u can pretty much do whatever u want to.
