Am i at a disadvantage?

Hey girls, I'm just curious. I've heard so many things about how great s*x is during pregnancy and even helps with labor, but I am not in a relationship and I haven't had s*x during my entire pregnancy. Am I going to have a harder labor, or am I at any disadvantage? I'm 33 weeks bytheway. Just curious....

I've never heard that s*x makes your labour easier, just that s*x near, on or after your due date can induce labour.  It worked for us!!

No def not at a disadvantage. In fact with my daughter, her daddy left me when I was 8 weeks, so needless to say there was no s*x during that pregnancy, and my labor was so quick and easy. I had no need for epidural and it was less than 6 hours from start to finish. With my son I was happily married and we actually has s*x to start labor, which it did, but then I was in labor for another 30 hours. you aren't at a disadvantage, in this sense.

While people say s*x can help labor, I don't think there have been any actual studies proving this.  Every labor is different.  I don't think you are at any disadvantage as far as having a harder labor or not.  Congratulations on your pregnancy & good luck!

if youre in the mood its ok to m********e....(its ok to use toys while pregnant) they say that you have the best s*x while pregnant and i heard it helps start labor but its not really a disadvantage theres other ways to help like walking
