  1. Sorry, don't understand your questin maybe you could post it again more clearly...

  2. This is very cheap living for someone. Did you set this price? You can give notification of an increase, talk to the RTA. I would go half everything, half the bills when they come in, defintiely food in half as well.

  3. oh god i thought u were talking about something else,

i was like you cant be serious posting this out to the public!

"Am i being had for $120 a wk access to all?"

access to all? i was like ahhh.

    Lol sorry about that.

anyway, id say they should pay for their own food. and go halvies on the internet bill.

unless you wana bump up the price and keep givin access to the stuff you are currently.

  4. Hi

That sounds ok for lodging but the food/utilities should be split in half. Any bedding (nice of you to offer it), special foods and any personal stuff she requires for herself should be her responsibility and not yours.

    Just my opinion.

    Cya

    :)

  5. That's a great deal, you can't beat it.

  6. If your boarder has the same amenities you have they should be paying half.  If you have a bigger bedroom, then maybe not.  However, if they have access to everything you have, they need to be splitting utilities as well.  They should pay for their own food.

I would hate to be in your situation, though...$900+ a month is what a mortgage payment!

  7. if this arrangement is already in place surely you set the rate?

if you want to up the amount you will need to negotiate or wait till you have a change of boarder. I would charge half the rent plus you both contribute half the food and utility bills. This is usual. Seeing the unit is fully furnished with your stuff this could be a disadvantage as some boarder may like to have their own stuff and then what would you do with yours. So i don't think you can add anything additional for the furniture.

Yep i think you could do better in the deal.
