Am i being stalked at work stressing me out

Question

at my workplace i keep on getting unwanted advances from a girl. it is causing many problems. i have complained to my supervisors but no action has been taken and i feel i could loose my job. i am so stressed out. this is a copy of the latest email i recieved do you think i am being stalked at work what should i do?

I told you i wasnt going to email you anymore. BUT do you know how hard it is for me not too. Dinner at mums was great you could of came hahahahaha! Thanks for talking to me again it means alot. I dont know if scott said anything to you about what i did on thursday, i went and had a talk with michael about ken harrassing me all the time and the things hes being saying about us. I cant take it anymore i want it to stop. He came up to me today and said a few words, hes got major problems. He calls you a nutcase, he needs to look in his own backyard first before passing judgement on anyone. Ive been told by a few people now that you dont want anything to do with me, hae thats fine. BUT i need to hear it from you, then maybe i can move on, get you out of my head., i dont think you know what you want. Maybe im barking up the wrong tree about you i dont know. Their is a connection i feel it, maybe im wrong again, ive never ever felt so drawn to someone like i feel drawn to you. My FREAKISHNESS is coming out hahahaha! I feel you are affraid of getting hurt thats why you wont let me or anyone else for that matter to get to close to you. You should just go with what the heart is telling you not what other people are telling you. I look forward to coming to work just to see you how ****** and freakish is that { sorry about the swearin'}. You still watch me, you cant deny that cause im watching you watching me hahahahaha! I could really come up to you at work and ...........................? You drive me nuts in a good way hahahaha! Today at work when i got their, i saw your face light up, i can read you like book. You know what justin i might have this all wrong, theirs only one way to see if their is a spark between us is to go out and have some fun, no strings attached, go out as work mates. If you are worried about people finding out they wont hear it from me. What have we got to loose NOTHING! Well i gotta go, showr time and bed time. Uh...has your employer never heard of sexual harassment.  Show them this email, maybe then they will take action.  Really drive it home to them that you are serious in your complaint.  Have you told her to back off?

What's really unfair is that if it was a male doing this to a female, it wouldn't be tolerated. It's a double standard that your supervisor won't do anything about it since she's a girl and you're a guy. I would show him the email, and if he doesn't do anything, go to the next person above him. You shouldn't have to put up with this.

If you have told her you are not interested, make it clear to leave you alone, then now it's time to let your supervisor know. The thing is, she is not threatening you, or saying inappropriate things--but it is making you feel uncomfortable. So, ignore her, don't talk to her, walk away. You seem to be fostering it if you keep acknowledging her.
