Am i cheating on my agent?

I sort of have an agent. I didn't get signed, but she sends me on auditions. If i sign up with another agency is that wrong.

Depends...you don't seem to have a signed contract with the first agent.  If you sign up with the second agent...will you have to sign a contract?  Will that contract be exclusive?  Minneapolis has a ton of great agents that do not make you sign exclusive contracts, which means that you can work for as many as you want.  The key:  remember who sent you to the audition!!  That is the agency that you need to book the work with.
