  1. sounds like it..

    go to your doctor

  2. You do definitely sound depressed. I recommend seeking the help of a psychiatrist and getting to the bottom of this funk you seem to be in. Best of luck, and I hope you feel better! :)

  3. Well, first let me say that sleeping that much depletes your energy levels, which makes you feel worse than you did before.

Unquestionably---You need to seek professional help. I repeat: You NEED to seek professional help.  What you described is no way to live-- especially when you have friends who want to see you.

  4. lucy jane is correct, go to a doctor immediately

  5. You do display quite a few signs of depression. However, only a doctor can diagnose you--no one online. Go see someone--a psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, anyone. You deserve to at least get help for  yourself! :)

  6. that sounds like depression. you should go see ur doctor. depression can be come real serious.

  7. look lady........you just don't see how lucky you are.....look around......people are getting rraped and burned alive in africa as of right now......nigggazz dying and nigggazzz raping and nigggazzz just being niggazz........but that doesn't matter........what matters is that you want to kill yourself??  I say s***w you........maybe you should see your mum and have a nice cup of tea and tell her how you truly feel before making anymore attempts at taking your life........imagine how much trouble she must have gone through to put you in this position.......as for your job.......QUIT IT..........try being homeless for a while.....and as for friends.......you'll meet lots of new friends when you go homeless.........try a new lifestyle......become a goth.....maybe go emo......or perhaps.....just go for a s*x-change while you are at it............

  8. I think depression happens to a million of people and there is a way out. I think you may be heading for a serious problem and danger if you don't get help and that you are here asking for it is a big step towards recovery and is a brave on at that. I also think that you should get an appointment with a doc be it your family physician or a specialist and together with him or her you can find a way out of your depression that if right for you.

  9. You sleep too much and lack a direction in life.

The reason you're doing these things is to make something happen. It's an extreme form of boredom.

When you don't know what to do...trying doing anything and everything. Go volunteer at a hospital, church, or halfway home.

    Join organizations (religious, political, community).

You're a girl and girls need to always be building relationships or they get unhappy.

Go meet 5 new people a day.

Get a pet. Get a houseplant.

Find a need in SOMEONE ELSE...and help fill it.

If you continue to serve your own needs you'll go crazy.

  10. You should see a psychiatrist.

Couple things you can do in the meantime:

    1. Stop taking any mood-altering substances, over the counter or not. Especially, avoid alcohol and melatonin, and any sleep aids.

    2. Try to get into the sun, if even to sunbathe on your roof or at a nearby park. Sweat a little.

    3. Keep a diary of what you're doing and thinking. Bring it with you to the psychiatrist.

    4. and for heaven's sake, don't even try scientology.

  11. You should see a counselor. I think everyone should. We all go through ruts, some are just harder to find your way out of. See if it is covered under your insurance plan. My friend went through something similar and she got through it. I'm sure you will too.

  12. Some great answers going on here. I agree that you do need a direction in your life. I also know that you have to have many needs filled.

Many Americans try to fill the needs by the quick fix through alcohol, pot and other drugs to change their state. That is only temporary and makes it worse in the long run.

I have worked with many people over the years and here is what I know may help you too. First let me say you sould see a therapist for one session a least.

    1. Know what it is you want out of life. What is your major purpose. (we all have the desire to be sinificant)

2.Get all the information you need to persue that passion.

(we all must live our passions)

3.Get involved with other people. (we all need to give and contribute)

4.Know that you are in control. Change is not fearful if you are in control.

    5. Get some excersice. You will release stress and recieve some great feeling drugs from your brain.

6.Know that life will always have you jumping through hoops at times. That's part of life. Learn from it and go forth.

I wish the best for you as you go forward with certainty.

Try talking it out to someone at least. If you like, you may talk to me.My e-mail is shadownelso@yahoo.com. Feel better real soon. (:
