Question:

Am i doing my abs properly?

i do crunches, situps, lef lifts, hip thursts, bicycle cycles, abd amny more but now it huts a tiny bit when i do crucnhes and situps and i started doing this 3 days ago and started hurting the 2nd day after i finished but id oesnt hurt that much... do i do my regular workout today or wait up, because in 3 days i see kind of some difference and i dont want to lose it i guess my abs are sore bu just a tiny bit , what do i do?

  1. yes but if you have access to youtube, then you are set! i go there and type in 8 minute abs. It is this rockin vid targeted toward your abs. if you have fat on your stomach, then your in for it. you gotta do cardio to get rid of it and still work on your stomach. do 8 minute abs each day, and in two weeks you'll have a four pack, and if you continue doing what your doing you may even get a six pack, but only if you have a very low amount of bod y fat. to stretch, sit in a position where your on your belly. then you lift only your torso but you support it with your hands and pull your head toward your heels. this will stretch your abs. it keeeps them from not hurting as badly the next day. good luck!
