Am i dyslexic or am i a bad speller???

Question

i read allot (If books were not here i would die of boredom)

my spelling is terrible i would see a word that i cant spell and say it like 10 times in head but by the end of the day its gone i cant remember it

i am only 14 and everybody else in my class are way better spellers then i am i can remember bigger words better then smaller words (does that make sense)

i am not sure if i am dyslexic, am i ?????

i am sure you are not dyslexic if you can spell that word,

but umm... dyslexic people mix up words. my uncle is dyslexic..

example:

cat- he spells it tac. and then he corrects himself.

but that is what dyslexic people are.

if those are your symptoms then you might have a chance of being dyslexic but your question part sure looked like you spelt it right...

youre probably just a bad speller

hmmm don't diagnose yourself.  ask a teacher preferably your language arts teacher and they could probably give you a test.  

i have a friend she's 24 and she's just been a bad speller all of her life but part of it was due to a speech impediment.  it's strange but it happens.

and reading a lot really improves your vocabulary and possibly your spelling.  just keep at it.
