  1. No. Get a job. Get a life. There is no justification for you continuing life as a parasite.

  2. Maybe. If you are meeting the student rules. You must be working at least 20 hours per week or be approved for federal work study no matter how many hours you are approved for, it could be 1 hour, or be disabled. There are so many other rules so you should just go in and apply. Note that work study, student loans and grants will not count as income to you but some scholarships and other student money may count. Also note that if your parents are claiming you and your school doesn't provide you with food they should be giving you money for food.  As a requirement of them claiming you on their taxes is that they provide for at least half of your support. In the mean time please read some articles I wrote to help you with the high cost of food and some ways for you to bring in some extra money.

  3. This is an interesting question!

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS or DHS) would be able to answer this one for you.  They might be called Social Services where you are.

What you can do in the mean time is learn the magic of slow cookers!  It's super cheap to cook with those and they make a LOT of food!

The Fix It And Forget It cook book has a lot of good, inexpensive and tasty recipes.

    Good luck!  :-)

  4. No, if you are living in a dorm then you won't qualify and if you live at your parents house you won't qualify unless they do.

  5. Your parents claim you on their federal income taxes.

Food stamps come from the state.

Probably you're not technically eligible (read: legally) but the odds of gov't catching the error is slim.

I don't know you at all, but generally, poor people don't attend college. And college students have a better-than-you-demonstrate grasp on punctuation and grammar.

    But I like your nick.

  6. It depends on their income.I hope you get the food stamps, maybe if Obama wins

  7. Get a job, hippie.
