  1. Firstly you have been blacklisted by the U.K. Immigration, for how much time period specifically must be mentioned in their records if not on your passport. Usually for one to two years they do blacklist a person for issuing any sort of new visa if found as illegally overstaying the previous visa period or misusing particular type of visa as in your case. Any how this information best you can get through any of your UK relative with whom you stayed or were there under whose guidance. Once this period for which you cannot be allowed visa to travel & stay in UK you cannot go back. In the mean time the best way to seek re-entry to UK now will be on the basis of skilled worker if you have sufficient qualification for being judged as one by the UK Immigration department. Even on this basis to get Immigration will take long period of time from four to five years or even more so the other best course is to get married to a UK citizen & apply for UK immigration on the basis of this marriage with an UK Citizen for which you will be back in UK within few months. I see no other possible way for you to get entry there as you have already spoiled your reputation with UK Immigration by misusing your Student Visa which most of Indian do not only in UK but anywhere in the World where most of Indian immigrants or citizens with Indian origin live & that too mostly from Punjab. Jai Punjab! Jai Bharat!

  2. sorry chum, u will not get a UK visa again in your life time. try some other country,

  3. Man,you blew what chances you had  by misusing the student visa by not adhering to the terms of issue.Do you seriously expect the British Government to be charitable and trust you by giving you another chance to diddle them?Don't even waste your time applying for

    any type of visa.
