  1. I'd recommend looking for US schools that have programs in advertising and then contacting them--they can probably tell you whether or not you're eligible and have a reasonable chance of getting in. In general US students are open to foreign students, including those that come from countries with three year degree programs.

  2. Here in USA, applicants must possess the equivalent of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution (which is your current school). In order for you to know if your school is an accredited institution or not, you can check it through a website.

As a prospective student (in USA) is expected to present a superior overall previous academic record. Other factors, such as work experience and career progression, are also important and will be considered by the Admissions Committee.

Different school has different criteria. So, you have to choose first which school you want to apply. After that, just contact the school and ask for their criteria and procedure. But usually after you contact them, one of the admission committee will help you with the admission procedure.

Here is a website about anything you'll need to know on how to apply to university in America.
