  4. Yes.

  5. its a little over weight but i can help you:

never take diet pills always have confidence and try these tips, they WILL help and are the healthy way:

eat lots of veggies and protein it will help you build muscle and look leaner

drink a whole glass of water before eating, put your fork down between bites, and eat slowly; all of these things will help you get fuller faster

NEVER NEVER NEVER drink diet sodas, it causes cellulite.. EEWWWWW!!!.. and slows down your metabolism , making it harder to exercise, lose weight and gain muscle

    lose weight with a friend

    drink milk

drink lots of water and juice (100%)

exercise alot!!!! but don't over exert yourself or it will destroy you

hope this helps and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    keep up your confidence!

  6. At 12, it's not about fat or thin, it's about body image.  (This is coming from a girl who thought she was fat at 12 but grew out of it.)

You'll grow into your weight if you're not a big overeater or exceptionally lazy.

However, I'd suggest you start doing a sport (something you LIKE!) Not because you need to lose weight, but because exercise really makes you feel good about yourself.  Even for the half hour after, you feel just great!

And after a few weeks, when you start seeing results, you'll be happy you did.

Give it a month and see.

  7. Man if i had a nickel. No your not fat!

  8. are you comfortable with yourself?

  11. Just eat healthy and exercise for 30 mins a day.

Don't obsess about weight as diets are a vicious cycle.

You should aim to be healthly and learn to develop a good relationship with food, it will set you up for life and if you do this you will never have to worry about diets again.

  12. You need to focus on being healthy and fit and active.  First of all, talk to your parents about how you feel and ask them to help you put together a plan to have a healthier life style.

Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for kids and beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish.   Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts.  Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.  Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses a day, and more if it is very hot, it you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely. You will begin to see changes in your body.
