  1. You are definitely not over weight. But if you are unhappy with your Body Composition you should start a Weight lifting program. You should check out http://forums.jpfitness.com/ you can find out so much free information

  3. no, no , no.

  4. Theres a difference between fat and muscle. Don't worry about what the scale says. Go by your body fat percentage. You're probably 150 pounds of man;))

  5. its not a bad weight. You have to also keep in mind what position you are playing. Football players have to keep weight on to absorb the physical trauma taken during the game. For example= Terrell Owens is 6'3 225, Carson Palmer is 6'5 230, Joe Flacco is 6'6 240. NBA players Michael Jordan was 6'6 215 as well as Vince Carter and Kobe Bryant. Dwight Howard is 6'11 and about 250. Take a look at your own physical conditioning also and be honest with yourself. If you have room to improve, you have room to improve and you should put your mind into doing that if you want to be in better shape.

  6. ur not fat just self parinoid

  7. UMMM your not fat at all ...UR fit actually...

  8. In NZ our rugby players have to have a lot of meat on their bones in order to get the best out of a scrum and push the forwards over the line.  However I dont know what a good weight would be for football (soccer or American football).

  9. Muscle weighs more than fat. You're just being paranoid. Good luck with football!

  10. Weight for height sounds OK. If worried see a Dr.  Anorexia is a serious growing problem for young male athletes. Seriously.
