  1. Pull ups and crunches are the easy part in boot camp.   You are in for a rude awakening.    Good luck because you will need it!

  2. fast is a job champ, not a platoon in bootcamp, chances are until you can establish yourself in security forces, they wont let you goto fast, could take a week could take years. work on your pullups and run time

  3. Increase pull-up's, increase crunches, miles look good.

  4. If your mind is not able to handle boot camp then your resume there will be very irrelevant..

Former Heavyweight Boxing champion Riddick Bowe entered boot camp and lasted about 12 days or so..He didnt make it passed the first phase and he was a professional boxer..

and what is the FAST platoon dude??? No such thing in boot camp..

  5. No such thing as a Fast Plt.

However for intial PFT that is excellent

What you are striving for is

    20 pullups

    80 situps  2 min

18:00 or less 3 mile run
