  1. A dingy for all your stuff, to be pulled at the back of the ship so as not to weight the ship down?  Just pic'n, you've got it covered girl!  =)

  2. I have cruised the Med a couple times so suggest that you add these:

    -Good walking shoes, like sneakers, for when you go off the ship on tours;

--Take a small carry-on bag for the last night of the cruise. On the last evening you will be required to put your luggage outside your cabin by about 2:00 AM so that they can start taking it down to the lower deck for offloading the next morning. So you will need a small bag for your toiletries and your clothes that you sleep in.  If you plan to get into the pools or hot tub as soon as you get on ship (they will be open), bring those clothes in your carry on bag; you other luggage may not get to your cabin until much later in the afternoon.

    - If you can take a six-pack of bottled water and soft drinks in your carry-on for your cabin. You will have to pay for both on the ship and its nice to have those handy in the cabin.

    - If you are taking your cell phone, MP3 player or other item that needs to be plugged in take an extension cord as the plugs in the cabin are generally not in the best places and there are usually only one or two.

    - Take a small bottle of hand sanitizer and/or hand-wipes. There are generally sanitizer dispensers at the entrances of restaurants, the buffets and dining room, but some times the are not there or not working. The sanitizer helps prevent the spread of the Norwalk Virus that sometimes occur on cruise ships.

    - Take a can of air freshener for your cabin bathroom. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans.

    - Take a few zip lock bags of various sizes; they always come in handy.

    - Take some one dollar bills (also maybe a few $5's) for tipping the porters in the airport, at the pier (they do not work for the ship), and they will come in handy in port stops for buying small items in the markets and at vendor stands; especially bartering places.

Its best to pack using soft-sided luggage because with space limited in your cabin it fits under the beds better if its not hard sided luggage.

Also, pack using the vacuum clothing bags (about $20 for 3 at Target) so that you can get more in your bag AND so that if the TSA at the airport opens your bag they can see what's inside without rummaging through your things.

  3. A condom, your cat Biff and Me ur besty.

    xoxoxo

  4. Well, I dont think you are forgetting anything, but if you do get there and realise you have forgot something they will have a shop onboard that sells most necessary things.

Also they have a mirror (ur surrounded by them in the cabin) and a pillow in the cabin lol but i know people prefer their own pillows. and they will have a hair dryer there too.

I am going on a cruise on royal caribbean in 3 weeks and 6 days, I can't wait.

Anyway.... I hope you have fun... which Im sure you will.

  5. A bigger suitcase to put all that lot in?

  6. You do not need an alarm clock or hangers. You can get a s many hangers as you need from the person that takes care of your room. You can have wake up calls set in your room , so no need for the clock. Forget the paper and puzzle book, pens, and pencils, and pillow too. All of these come with your cabin except the puzzle book and you will be too busy to even open it. Oh, yea, don't need the hair dryer either. They have those in the room. You sure are bringing a lot of stuff. I hope you have room in your luggage for it all.

  7. When are you going on the cruise? Which Cruise line?

  8. you need an adapter plug that matches the ships electric, the plug on your stuff [straighteners etc] probably won't match

  9. You seem to have most things - is someone taking a bag with first aid things and medication.  You can get these things from the shop or the Medical centre but they are more expensive than on shore.

Also, a soft top case is better than a fat hard case because storage for luggage is often under your bed.

You can't use moist toilet wipes because they clog the loo system.

There are hangers in the wardrobes.  There is usually a library where you can borrow books.  Are you sending any postcards and do you need your address book?  If yu want extra pillows, etc., just ask your cabin staff.  You won't need a hair dryer.  Would you find a sun hat useful?

  10. Nope that should do it

you only need your swimwear though , everything else is extra baggage

  11. A life jacket....just in case.
