i wake up an have a health breakfast,a few minutes later i go and work out,ill got to school and have water when i get there,for lunch ill have energy food like pasta or bread (its 4th lunch and its 1:45 before school ends) . but when i come home my pants are tighter.i think its the water that the school sells (disani water) i think it contains salt. so if you got an answer ill take it
