I am a 14yr old Male, and i usually am asleep by 10.15-10.45.
I get up at 7 every week day to exercise for 10 mins before school. On weekends i will generally be asleep a little later but will wake/get up at 8.30
I am still feeling very tired, and sometimes flustered, and occasionally a bit paniccy. i feel like i have to get exactly enough sleep, or generally i will feel not great at all.
I am not sure all this is a result of my sometimes anxious nature, and control freak personality, but even if i am asleep but 10.00 10.30, i am generally feeling quite tired. especially in the mornings, and early evening 5.30-8, but feeling quite awake and not wanting to go to sleep and not tired from about 9-10.30.
Can someone please help me??!!
